While waiting we saw several people waiting in their cars for their orders. They have a sign outside stating they will bring orders to your car if you order online. These individuals got out of their vehicles and started lining up at the locked door by the drive thru. Some staff did NOT have masks on. Went back through the drive thru, they replaced our order, waited ANOTHER 20MIN!! Just to be told that we needed to continue to wait for 1 more item. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund, was told give us the food back and you can have a refund . WHAT???
