The food was cold, the chicken was greasy, the fries were stale, and the biscuits were hard. I was surprised by how quickly my large order was ready, but I was in a hurry to get home since I live less than a mile away. However, when I arrived home and called to express my concerns, the staff member dismissed my complaints instead of looking for a solution. Reheating the food in my air fryer isn't exactly what I had in mind after spending over $50. I can understand why the drive-thru and dining area were empty. Is there a manager who can address these issues and improve the store's service?

I went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund, was told give us the food back and you can have a refund . WHAT???
