Superb original Indian test.Vegetarian options: A Jain option is also available.
They recently published a flyer unlimited panipuri for $15 between 3.30 6.30pm on weekends. We went there on Saturday at 5.30pm and asked per their flyer sticker on the door if they have panipuri? They said they don’t have it, we asked if it’s not ready we can wait. We waited there for 20 mins, and then they said they can’t make it. There was no one to talk, serve, they unnecessarily made us wait, and didn’t even give the reason for unavailability. There was no rush in the restaurant at that time. Please don’t make advertisements if you can’t serve your customers! I would not recommend them at all. Poor service!!!
We had a Szechuan vada pav and it was poor at best.Does not taste like an authentic vada pav. The Szechuan chutney is also some ready made Chinese chutney and feels out of place in the vada pav.The coconut Chutney which accompanies the vada pav was bland. They should rather serve some spicy coconut garlic chutney instead.Swaraj Restaurant has the best vada pav in the Bay.
