Very cute little cafe with a lot of plants to add to the vibe. Drinks were good and I got their french toast which came topped with apple crisp, and honey and I believe apricot jam on the side. It's presentation was very cute and it was really yummy. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. It was hard to decide because all of the pastries looked so good! View all feedback.
What Cina Campbell doesn't like about Forest Flour:
The products were bland of flavors in the name of the good (ex. cinnamon in the cinnamon muffin), and sometimes strong in flavors that weren't listed (ex. lavender). However, they were extremely fluffy muffins- the most fluffy gf muffins I've ever had- so the texture was great! I also didn't like the Chai. But my husband liked and consumed it all, so it may just be me. View all feedback.

I bought a brioche loaf, carrot muffin and chocolate walnut cookie. All were delicious.Dietary restrictions: Strictly Gluten free....
Great experience here, got some absolutely amazing moist pastries and a drip coffee that was surprisingly very tasty! Glad to find an allergy-friendly restaurant for breakfast! Highly recommend and will hopefully be back soon!
I bought their chocolate muffins from zanottos and they were heavenly. Would recommend.
The staff was super friendly. Cute and cozy vibe. I got a pour over coffee and carrot muffin (super fluffy and not overly sweet).
