What Udit kumar doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I ordered food online and received a confirmation, but when I got to the restaurant, they told me my order wasn't available. No one seemed concerned, and the online customer service said the order was ready on time. I couldn't cancel and leave because there was no option for that. I suggest ordering in person at the restaurant because the online experience and management were awful. View all feedback.
