Starbucks - Burbank

Bad Behavior: A group sitting next to me thought it was ok to let their dogs spill cups of water on the ground INDOORS. The dogs' water spread for about 2 to 3 feet around them. It spread to the table I was sitting at, and my feet were in the dogs' water. It was a busy Saturday, and there was nowhere else to sit. After about an hour they left with the large mess for the employees to clean up. I've seen bad behavior at Starbucks before, and I always feel sorry for the employees in such cases. I didn't want them to have to play babysitter. But I wanted them to know I was uncomfortable. Neither the supervisor nor other staff cared much, until I told them that I was contacting the corporate office. Again, I feel bad for some of the staff, but if you can't maintain BASIC human decency, maybe you shouldn't be operating such a business.

If you want mediocre coffee for an inflated price then visit Starbucks lol. I enjoy supporting the employees that work there. They are nice and friendly and most of them are young college students trying to make a buck so in a way I support this company. I usually get a tall hot coffee with milk and sugar and it 's a good way to start your day if you need to be out the house quick.

This review is for my visit this week. I ordered 2 custom hot drinks via mobile order but when I dropped them off to my son, we realized they made the drinks wrong. I called right away and Zane the manager offered to remake my drinks. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back that night but Zane took my name down and said he would leave a note that I could get 2 drinks whenever I have time to stop by. I did go back a day later and this time they were perfect! Thank you for the awesome customer service! (4 stars only bcs we were bummed that they they got both the orders wrong the first time).

This location is pretty good. They work fast and try have your order as soon as possible. Only down side is the size of this location. It is on the smaller side so it doesn't fit as many people and during covid they could accommodate 3 people inside as there is not enough space for more people to be in at the same time wile maintaing 6 feet
