Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Burbank

I went to Shakey's Pizza for their Bunch of Lunch special. The food was decent and the service was okay. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the food offered in the buffet. Overall, I do not plan on returning to Shakey's Pizza as there are many other superior dining options in Burbank.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional! I haven't been to Shakey's in quite some time, but I will definitely be coming back to this location. The staff consistently checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal and even provided help with packing up our leftovers.

I hadn't visited this restaurant in over 20 years, and my previous experience wasn't really memorable. However, it seems to have improved over the years. The pizzas were very good, although the sausage was too salty. The chicken was delicious, and the potatoes were okay. My only complaint is about the system of tickets required to get a small toy, which I found ridiculous. Overall, the food was pretty good.

Good food. Main room was cool. Side room was very hot with a lot of people packed into small space. The toppings are sparse but nostalgia keeps aus coming back.
