Was Cubao Elharmonic at Sbarro a mag?
Tasty Italian fast food with soft, pleasant dough in the pizzas, and flavorful sausage and pepperoni. The staff was friendly and attentive. A great choice for a quick, delicious Italian meal if you’re at Burbank Town Center. View all feedback.

What Vane R dislikes about Sbarro:
I was unexpectedly impressed by the quality of the microwave pizza at this restaurant. I didn't realize that pizza could be messed up so easily, but this place somehow managed to do it well. However, the cold pizza was unappetizing and nothing remarkable. View all feedback.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, and it used to be excellent—my dad loved it as well. Sadly, the quality of their pizza has declined significantly and is now barely acceptable. Today, I had a particularly disappointing experience. I went in to order three slices of cheese pizza, but only two were available, and they were sitting on a dirty counter instead of being properly displayed. When I placed my order, the cashier gave me the two cheese slices I asked for. I expected that the third slice would be freshly made, as is usually the case. Instead, he took a pepperoni and sausage slice, removed the meat, added extra cheese, heated it, and gave it to me. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, I found this very upsetting. It’s essential for a reputable restaurant to follow better practices, as this situation is unacceptable. Customers may have allergies or dietary restrictions for religious or personal reasons. I strongly encourage the management to rethink these procedures; what might seem minor to some can seriously affect others, often without staff even realizing it.

Discrimination is Still Present at Sbarro in Burbank. I waited in line but wasn’t allowed to order pizza for my wife and me; they only sold me a soda. I left hungry because they insisted I get back in line. Kids these days are very difficult, they said. I’ve always enjoyed the pizza on Sbarro’s menu since I was a child. I won’t be returning, and I’ll also make sure my kids and friends avoid this location that fails to treat customers properly.

I completely agree with the review highlighting discrimination. I don't understand why a star rating is necessary; in this case, the restaurant doesn't even deserve one star. Even though there were only three staff members on duty, I waited over 30 minutes without any line on a weekend night. The service was incredibly slow. The worst part was the poor customer service I received after a homeless man approached me asking for food. After finally placing our orders, I went to pay, and the girl at the counter was quite rude. Initially, the homeless man received the wrong order, even though I had clearly pointed out which items were his. When he requested the correct items, he was ignored, and I had to speak up for him while I was also being dismissed. The staff made me feel rushed, as if I were in the wrong for helping someone in need. Discriminating against someone based on their appearance is utterly unacceptable.
