What User likes about Sansai Japanese Grill:
Sansai is a deceptive good place for lunch or a light dinner. The hotel is located in the rear (right) of a fast food-stuffed marble next to the eastern entrance to BUR airport, serving Japanese style plates, soups and salads. Prices are low-medium, lunch will return you $15 to $20. An unusual feature of these remnants is the use of large touchscreens to take your order, somehow like Mcdonald 's. It seems that many e... The food was delicious, my sadness is the special thing on an electronic board that flashes. Like you want me to see your slideshow. Since my sadness won? Do not slow down your slideshow to ACTUALLY read your register should orally offer the special. Your register should also say you want to add brown rice for an additional fee, instead of adding a fee without explanation and no where on yr menu said it at a fee. View all feedback.

read moreSansai offers a diverse menu featuring Japanese-style plates, including flavorful bowls and salads, which have garnered praise for their quality and generous portion sizes. However, some customers have expressed disappointment over the restaurant’s pricing practices, particularly regarding unexpected fees and a lack of clear communication about charges. The dining experience is further complicated by an electronic ordering system that some find distracting. Despite these grievances, the location near Burbank Airport serves as a convenient stop for travelers seeking a hearty meal. Overall, while the food is well-received, transparent pricing and service improvements could enhance the experience significantly.
