I arrived about twenty minutes after placing my order, only to find out that my food hadn’t even been made yet. Since I didn’t have any other plans, I decided to wait while they prepared my meal. During the wait, they offered me a complimentary soft drink, a Big Oreo Pizza Cookie, and some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. They truly exceeded my expectations in making up for their oversight, and I really appreciate it. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

They offer a Pairing Deal where you can get a pizza and a beer at half price on weekdays from 3 to 6 PM. It's a great deal! I ended up getting two pizzas and two beers for about $26.

The prices are generally fair for the value you receive, although some of the nighttime staff could improve their service. It’s conveniently located in downtown Burbank, with nearby parking available. Most of the staff are awesome, aside from a few who could use some extra training. The menu has some excellent options, and the restaurant is mostly clean and well-organized.

However, I’m pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised! While my expectations were fairly low, the experience exceeded them by far. The staff possesses a wonderful sense of humor and a strong commitment to their work, and it's really because of them that I find myself returning every week.
