Th... read more I usually like this location, but the last few times they have been out of my favorite dish (honey sesame chicken breast) so today I got String Bean Chicken. The flavor was really good but the beans were very hard. I don't understand how you don't haveone of your most popular entrees in stock and why it takes almost 2 weeks to get more. Is it a trucking issue? Next time Imight try one of the other Panda Locations.

No food spilled~ Love their grill teriyaki chicken orange chicken. They really gave good portion! Iordered their Bigger Plate, 2 sides 3 entrees. Perfect to share!

I've often encountered missing or incorrect items, so it's crucial to take your time and double-check your order before leaving—it almost feels intentional at times. Just recently, it happened to me for the eleventh time! I went inside because they forgot my drinks, I was missing an item, and I didn’t receive a receipt. I waited a long time at the drive-thru window with no assistance, so I decided to go inside. I explained to the cashier that my order was wrong, but when I mentioned that I didn't have a receipt, she responded with a very rude attitude. I remained polite and asked to speak with someone else if she couldn’t assist me. Eventually, I spoke to another employee who provided the drinks and the missing item, but I still didn't receive a receipt despite asking for one. I was in a hurry, so I had to leave even though the whole situation took longer than expected. It’s no surprise that another customer was having the same issue and was yelling, “Panda always messes up your order!” It’s frustrating!

The staff was accommodating, though not very chatty, which was perfectly fine. I do wish they had a better selection of soda, but that’s not a big deal. I ordered the larger plate, which included broccoli and beef, orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and two spring rolls, and I was pleased with everything. This place is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for a quick meal.

When he c... read more I wasn't very impressed with the employee who handled my payment. I had been waiting for about five minutes for them to replace some empty containers. When he came to ring me up, he took my empty food container and then opened it, putting his gloved hands inside and touching the bottom of the tray. I asked him why he did that, pointing out that he was cross-contaminating. He apologized, and the woman nearby offered to get me a new tray. Yes, I definitely wanted a clean tray! When my food was finally ready, he placed it in a bag and handed it to me, but he forgot to include a fortune cookie. I inquired if they no longer give out fortune cookies, and he responded that they do, just not from him. He then tossed two fortune cookies into my bag. If you decide to eat here, be sure to closely monitor the food preparation. On a positive note, the food was hot, which was nice.
