Was Megan at Islands a mag?
This was our date night destination when I was 16-17 in 1991-92. I cannot believe the restaurant is still open and looks the same. It's nice to step back into time and reminisce. The restaurant is timeless and that is comforting : View all feedback.

This is the 2nd time I've been here in the last month and both times, the service at the bar was deplorable. Had to wait 20 minutes to even be seen by server the first time and this time, we had to wait as long to place an order. A total of 6 people at the bar and she's overwhelmed? The food was delicious, but the service was extremely disappointing.
Who doesn't like this place? The food is good, the drinks are awesome and the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy working there. We like to sit at the tables on the bar level because of the view and quicker seating. Of course, since it's a chain, each one may be different, but the one in Burbank gets five stars from us!

The food and atmosphere are fantastic, but be sure to bring a jacket, as the air conditioning can be a bit too chilly at times.
