If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don 't waste your time. They won 't help you. I came inon 03/02/2022 at 3pm. I came in and went straight to their cake catalog which is located on the right side as you come insidethe building. After looking through their selection and making a decision I approched the cashier and asked if I could put anorder in for a ice cream cake for a future date. She then told me to hold on so she can go get the cake book and went intothe back. after coming back in few minutes she said she wasn 't able to find it, therefore she couldn 't take my order. I asked ifshe could call the store manager because they had the same problem last December, where the girl couldn 't find the cake book as well but after calling the manager, the book was found and I was able to put in my order. She then snarled and told me nothat she will not call the manager because she is going to tell you the same thing as me even though I explained to her thatlast time the last manager knew the location of the cake book and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how elseI can put my order in. And she told me to go to Baskin Robbins website and order it online. So I went to go sit down in a chairand went online to do such that. After finding their store location, selecting my cake, customizing it, the last step is tocheck out. Well after you click Check out their website breaks. It takes you to the screen that says something along the lines oops we have frozen, please try again and it keeps crashing every single time. It crashes right after clicking check out. Iwalked up to the same girl and said they their website keeps crashing, showed her the screen and it 's not letting me order acake. She told me to connect to the public wifi. It wasn 't the internet issue but website issu

I came on 03/02/2022 at 15 o'clock. I came in and went directly to her cake catalog, which is on the right side as they come into the building. After I looked through her selection and made a decision, I approved the cash register and asked if I could submit an order for an ice cream cake for a future date. then she told me to hold on so that she can get the cake book and go back. after her return in a few minutes she said that she was not able to find it, so she could not take my order. I asked if she could call the load manager because last December they had the same problem where the girl could not find the cake book, but after the call of manager the book was found and I could put in my order. then she snored and told me no that she won't call the manager because she'll tell you the same thing as me, although I told her that the last time the manager knew that the location of the cake book and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how I could otherwise command, and she said I should go to the baskin robbins website and order her online. So I went to sit on a chair and went online to do that. I once again asked if she was thinking when we call the manager and ask if there is something we could do, and she said no. I think it's very unprofessional at this point. She listened to everything I had to say, and told me a lot of luck. the girl behind the counter had very short brown hairs and wore glasses. no name tag was worn. when I asked what I can do next, she told me to drive to the city and find a place that can order from me. drive around as I will waste my gas because this girl is too lazy to call her manager and ask for help. especially because their other employees who had my job in the past had no issues. I think she was just lazy and had 0 customer service skills. I will not waste my time on this place, nor will they get more of my money. please train your employees better.
