CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. STAFF IS RUDE. If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don't waste your time. They won't help you. I came in on 03/02/2022 at 3pm. Closes at 5…online didn't notify 20 min to closing. I ordered pickup. Instead of Boston cream got long John.... Disappointed but better than nothing or pink sprinkles… That was surprised.
