I made an order for delivery, 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of wings. Driver dropped off the wings only. Tried to call the location but they did not answer the phone. Called at least 7 times before I just drove up there myself. Got to the location and the cashier admitted part of my order was left behind and made replacement. Great atmosphere and service made sure are order was correct first time in Charley's food was excellent definitely going back
The food is almost always delicious. I just don’t like it when I receive my food with sagging bread or when they get my order wrong. Surprisedly it happens more often that I’d like. But once I go back in 99% of the time its givin to me back just like I’ve ordered .
Usually I encounter a phenomenal experience but yesterday was the total opposite. I ordered cheese fries a chocolate shake. The shake was scrumptious as usual and the fries were a hit as well. But they only gave me 14 fries (yes, I counted them) and a teaspoon of cheese. If I hadn't already gotten on the tollway I would have taken that half empty box back. I will NEVER patronize this place ever again and I will encourage my client's and colleagues to follow suit. You only get one time with me and yesterday was it.
Pleasant friendly service. A quick stop for something different.
Service was so poor and the black woman in the drive thru tonight around 8pm was so disrespectful.
