The woman who took my order was courteous and friendly. However when I asked the gentleman barista if the coffee cup (sitting on the pickup counter with no name) was my med roast coffee with cream, he told me twice rudely that he had no idea because he didn't set it there. Silly me... thinking that, as a customer, I might seek information for him to ensure I was not taking someone else's beverage. How dare I interrup... View all feedback.
Love Caribou coffee! So convenient now that you can order in the app and pick it up! Caramel crafted press (hot or cold) is my go to now.
We all know that we can get coffee almost any place. What makes me a returning customer is always excellent customer service. The Caribou Coffee at the Travel Truck Stop at the I-29 Vermillion exit has the best customer service on a daily basis of anyplace I know. It always starts with the manager. Here it starts with the manager Gail. (sp? . Excellent. Very friendly. Always a smile. Never acts like she’s too busy to make you feel valued as a customer. She’s great. It flows thru Kayla seemingly naturally. Both great personalities. Great smiles. Wonderful service. I hope Caribou values these employees. I’m sure any establishment would steal them both in a heart beat. They always make my day better and i’m truly grateful for that. Thank you very very much.

A large truck stop with multiple food options and a wonderful eating area. I would definitely recommend to stop on your travels.
