I ordered the Tofu cube and was asked if I was a vegan and the waiter when I told me what was and was not vegan. so a beautiful atem of fresh air to know a waiter in a non-vegan restaurant what is vegan and not I had the tofu scramble that was amazing and the waiter informed me that the veggie meat that was in it was not actually vegan and asked if I wanted to make it out what was super nice of it! also note that the hash brews are not vegan too.

They offer a variety of unique and delicious pancake options, from traditional to dessert-like creations. Almost all of their dishes can be made vegan upon request. Currently, they only serve vegan pancakes, but it would be nice to see vegan waffles, French toast, and crepes added to the menu. They also offer budget-friendly options, with my personal favorite being the tofu cubes dish featuring tofu "eggs", veggie sausages, beans, corn, avocado, and rice. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The restaurant also has other lunch options that I have yet to try, such as a tempting wrap with fries. The only downside is that the restaurant is small and can get quite busy, especially on weekends, leading to long wait times. To avoid this, it is best to visit early in the morning or later in the afternoon for quicker service. They now have an electronic Yelp waitlist system to help manage the crowds. Overall, this is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious and diverse menu.
