What Sylvain Bertschy dislikes about Bamboos:
The food is just passable (rubbery chicken and overcooked pasta), the service friendly, the welcome too. But it's slow, too slow. 20 minutes for the starter, the same for the main course. And at the same time, customers leave with their take-out order. I'm not fine. What saves it is the nice people, customers and staff. As I write this review, this restaurant has an average of 4.6. We just had a late lunch there and didn't want to leave. We ordered a wide variety off of their eclectic menu and everything was excellent.

We were passing through Bamboos before we had been stuck in a traffic jam at the Gotthard for 3 hours. We received a very friendly welcome, the food came very quickly and it tasted good. There are even toys for children to use. Our children usually leave some food, which we usually take with us. The food was sealed perfectly so that the massaman curry didn't drip. Perfect
