I really love the food here! It is real Thai. My favourites are the green paw paw salad, the fish cakes and the Barra, but would recommend anything on the menu. Service is excellent too, always greeted with a smiling face. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Thai Coins:
we ordered take away Friday night simple dishes pad thai and thai beef salad.looking forward to a nice thai dinner it turned out to be the worst thai takeaway we have ever had.The pad thai vegetarian was one great lump of gluggy noodles and the only vegetables in it were carrots it was also tasteless.thai beef salad was also just dry bits of beef with hardly any tomatoe or c cumber and was missing the thai sauce .bot... Great eating, would recommend this place! my wife and I are massive food, and honestly found the quality of restaurants in cairns to be quite poor. but that was a hidden gem! the Google reviews are exact! eating was super fresh and not oily. reasonable price, good part, and really fast and friendly service. only on the floor was the room very loud. there were two large groups in the room, but for a few on a date it was a very loud room. something in the type of noise damping would have been great! overall really satisfied with eating!

Wing them here while in cairns on a recommendation from a friend and so glad that we did. service was friendly and fast and the food was delicious. also large portions, my man and I couldn't finish (noodle dish, cocosy and curry), so took the rest away and had the next day too midday, still so good. the curries already give a meat, but they were happy to change the gay for us.
