very good food and excellent service. many rooms and beautiful view of the sea. I enjoyed the sweet kartoffel friars and the steak sandwich, delicious . many parkings around the back of the hotel I went to kai west a series of times and service and quality is consistent and high level. Had a problem with my meal, had a salad as main that came only with meat and salad leaves, was very dry chicken and hardly a sauce, asked the manager with the hope to add some tomatoes or something to it and also wanted to order another drink. This is a great spot for a somewhat formal lunch. It's not too loud, so you can comfortably have a conversation or enjoy a special occasion. The food was tasty and the service was friendly. The fish and chips were decent, but the highlight was the delicious Brie and cranberry dish. The portion sizes are good, but you may be paying a bit more for the lovely atmosphere.
Lovely place to eat excellent food very well price and staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Called here for a bite to eat and drinks, I had chicken curry with half rice and chips, my husband had fish and chips, it was very well presented and tasted beautiful. We ate the day before in the Hollyrod Hotel and exactly the same, no difference in the price, presentation and taste not near as good
