Maddens Bridge Bar Restaurant

Yesterday, I had breakfast at the Gas House, and I was impressed by their attention to allergens on the menu, particularly gluten. The staff was very accommodating; they happily used a clean pan and fresh utensils for my meal, and they were willing to substitute items on the menu to cater to my celiac and milk allergies.

I stayed at the inn last night and had breakfast downstairs. The menu clearly indicated multiple allergens, including gluten. The staff were very accommodating, readily using a clean pan and fresh utensils, as well as substituting items on the menu to cater to my coeliac and dairy allergies.
