The restaurant's lovely exterior and outdoor dining setup with heaters drew us in, but service hiccups and long waits for basic meals left room for improvement. The coffee and scones were disappointing, and unprofessional service was noted during this stop. Downsides of small, outdated rooms and cleanliness issues were balanced by a beautiful sea view. The Bank House offered a comfortable stay, with friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, and great value. Overall, the restaurant and guest house received mixed reviews, highlighting the need for enhancements in service, maintenance, and dining experience.

Cannot recommend the Bank House enough! I've been coming to Bundoran since I was no age and ever since the pandemic we/I've been staying at the Bank House when available, and it is just a fantastic spot Clean rooms, the friendliest staff, a great bar, great breakfast and so close to everything with the hotel being at the centre of town... 10/10 View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kitchen Bake:
The food tasted like cheap supermarket meals that had been defrosted—really disappointing. I felt sick afterward. I did keep the napkin. The building itself was nice. View all feedback.
Looks lovely from outside, was dissapointed after that. Overpriced and no atmosphere. Have to queue to order with one person taking orders, doing coffee ect and other staff floating about the place. My food came out had to ask for my tea to come down and ask for butter ect, just had chips and baked beans with toast and tea, it cost the same as a full Irish! My friend found hair in her overpriced wrap the staff didn't even apologise when she showed it to them. Overall just really annoyed that we didn't go to one of the other cafes on main street where they were genuinely happy to look after their customers.
Had a fantastic family holiday and stayed here at the bank guest house. Rooms were spotless clean and beds so so comfy. Our family room was a little on the smaller side but still roomy for a family of four. Great service from all staff especially in the bar and breakfast was always lovely, however kids would of loved the option of pancakes or pastries. This would of being the icing on the cake for breakfast. We will be back next year but we plan to stay longer next time.
We had a great time and were made to feel at home immediately.
