Cars were backed up onto the roads for the drive-thru from both entrances, so I walked in. Took around 20 minutes to place my order, even though there was only... read more Cars were backed up onto the roads for the drive-thru from both entrances, so I walked in. Took around 20 minutes to place my order, even though there was only one person waiting in front of me. Took about another 25 minutes to get my order. There were only two people working the front counter and neither of them looked like they were in any kind of hurry. It was really quite comical how slow everything was moving, kind of like the time warp from the move Over the Hedge where Hammy drinks the energy drink and the entire world slows down...although in this KFC movie, there was no time warp, only extreme and unfounded slowness that had nothing to do with energy drinks or bears, only slow, slow, slow workers who have no idea how to do their jobs because they haven't been trained properly.

'Because you chose specific pieces you cannot get the 5 piece deal.'The manager(s) are sorely lacking in people skills and as is common in Australia are bereft of service industry knowledge or procedures.The restaurant is poorly organized and dirty. The toilet facilities are filthy. I would recommend the health department take a closer look at this establishment.

Simon recommended that I save $10 by selecti... read more I was served by Simon at the restaurant. He welcomed me with a warm smile and offered outstanding customer service. Simon recommended that I save $10 by selecting the 3 pizza deal for $40. As I didn't have my own card, I used my sister's card, so I am grateful to Simon for that. I would give him a 5-star rating for his excellent service.
