Turgua Brewing - Buncombe County

Great place to hang out with friends and children! The young girls playing music were awesome! The guy behind the bar was not helpful at suggesting beer as they did not have samples, due to being out of glasses… gimme a break! Put a small taste in a large glass! They do not offer flights either. Beer I chose was good thankfully!!! Also the offered water for guest, but no ice. On a 90 degree day that would have been nice and we may have stayed longer! Smashville food truck was very good, but not very friendly either! I would definitely go back, with low expectations for customer service!

After a long day of working on the land, we love to stop by Turgua for our well earned farm beer. Friendly service, relaxing outside, yummy food trucks. Craft Beers named after fireflies and birds. Always generous with the samples. A range of beers for all tastes and moods

I would give zero stars. This brewery in a residential area plays music so loud that one cannot hear one's own music or TV inside, subjecting us all, 3 x per week, to their choice of music. While I am all in favor of local businesses, these people do not make good neighbors. They are not honoring the Buncombe County noise ordinance.

Hate to leave bad reviews but the beertenders were rude. Wouldn’t give any details about the beer or let us try anything. Overall it felt like an inconvenience for them to serve us. Beer was not great. Cool spot though. Love the room to spread out. Wish service was better. :
