Pizza Hut - Buncombe County

My pizza was delivered to the wrong place once the did get it to me it was cold and the drink wasn't the correct one that I asked for girl... Girl on phone when taking my order didn't know what she was doing ?

Absolutely one of the worst run stores they have.My pizza sat at the end of the rack,in a very slow pace,and when I was asked could I be helped I had already paid), I simply remarked I hope that isn't my pizza that's been sitting for two and a half to three minutes.The guy went defensive, challenging me the HE WOULD GET THE MANAGER .I did my best to remain disciplined,and he never stopped talking while she was there. When I mentioned that to her,she never even acknowledged that his mouth should have stopped. Another employee now two men)came out from the counter,and it was all I could do at that point to remain calm,and keep my now sweaty hands to myself. Thankfully the encounter with these two idiots didn't happen twenty years ago. They'd be in the hospital,and I would have been arrested.I tried to call the district manager,but apparently my concern isn't very important. That was a week ago.This business has no redeeming qualities. Stay clear.

We dined in and Shana really took good care of us. It was very clean in there, and the food was hot and crispy! Good experience overall.
