(Don Laughlin Riverside Hotel Casino location not Harrah's) I gotta say, out of the reviews I could see what they were saying about the guys working at night but their pizza turned out fine. I live in Vegas and I deal with waves of people on a daily basis and to tell the truth, I don't think they were intentionally trying to be rude. Now, during the day, I went back again and got Mudd. Yeah, so what that is her name. She was great! She was super helpful and me and all guys.
What R doesn't like about Pin-up Pizza:
Open 6 hours, 3 days a week. What a joke just close it down. It was 9:30 and the lady behind the counter wanted to shut it down, in a bad mood. This is a 24hr Casino View all feedback.
The pizza is decent—perfect if you're feeling tipsy and need something to eat. The staff appeared to be a bit out of it.
I specifically stopped by earlier today to check the hours. According to the sign, they were open until 12, and I confirmed this with the employee on duty. I arrived at 11:25 to order a pizza, only to be told they were closed. There were a couple of customers waiting for their pizzas, and I saw them taking one out of the oven. I pointed out that the sign says they’re open until 12, and I had asked earlier as well. The employee simply replied, "Yeah, we're closed." I am very unhappy with this experience and will not be returning. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.
(Don Laughlin Riverside Hotel Casino location, not Harrah's) I have to say, after reading some reviews, I could understand what people were saying about the staff working at night, but the pizza I had was actually quite good. I live in Vegas and interact with crowds every day, and honestly, I don’t think the nighttime staff was being deliberately rude. However, when I returned during the day, I got to meet a staff member named Mudd. She was fantastic! Very helpful, and I really appreciated her service.
The restaurant operates for just six hours, three days a week, which seems quite unreasonable. They might as well consider shutting it down completely. When I arrived at 9:30, the staff member at the counter looked like they were ready to close for the night and seemed to be in a bad mood. This is meant to be a 24-hour casino, after all.
The pizza was amazing! However, I rated it only 3 stars because customers aren't allowed to customize their own pizzas. While fresh pizzas are being prepared, guests are required to take leftover pizzas of a different type from the bar. This practice goes against my preference, and I strongly encourage you to reconsider this policy!
