Gaia is bulles' only organic shop, and its cheerful and conscientious owners do a good work to a variety of well-selected products, including fresh local products and a large number of vegan products including a beautiful selection of sweet materials and faux meat (although they unfortunately also sell some real meat, they examine the labels accurately). a tip for shopping in gaia on a budget: all that has a price on the packaging is sold here for the same price, it is everywhere else, but with items that do not contain a price on the packaging, the brandup at gaia is sometimes quite much more than with other Swiss organic shops (and a few of their cities are openly inappropriately high), so if they are planning to go through that said, there are also many affordable items in gaia (and there is also a fair selection of less expensive organic products in the coop, migros and the sun store, all in bulle, so they might also check there).
