This little place tucked away up at the beginning of Oxford Street is a little gem. Its not in the busy part of the street so when I have been there is never too full. The service is attentive, the ambience peaceful and most importantly the food is very good. Been there a few times and will certainly go back for more. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mirchi Healthy Indian Restaurant:
We ordered takeaway from this restaurant ordered Bricolli Pakoda, Daal Saagwala and Bombay Aloo along with garlic nan gluten free bread. The Borcolli is $7.90 and we got two florets of Bricholli dipped in a yoghurt with lots of packet green leaves. This is overpriced and when I called thy eventually offered to give me a free brocolli pakoda, okay so far. However, the SaG was Rgueably the least tasty thing I have had,... View all feedback.

The only place for a curry on Oxford St for a curry since Ceylon Inn closed. Good curries with great flavours and nice spice levels. Will return.

The Bombay Alo is okay, nice, tasty, but not amazing.Overall, serving are small, the nan bread is tiny, but is is just adequate. There are better options up and down the road in Oxford street and nearby on Riding Road.
We frequent It's a Mirchi one a weekly basis as our Friday night takeaway after a busy week. We find the food fresh
My husband and I had dinner on a Saturday night and we were pleasantly surprised. there are some tables outside but we chose to sit inside as a warm night. not a big place, but comfortable and clean. the staff were attentive and pleasant and the menu varied. the portions were good and the wine reasonable. the onion bajis were lovely but unusual. I would recommend this place if you like Hot or mild Indian as they have both options. lovely decor as well.
