I went through the drive-thru and waited at the intercom for 5 minutes, but no one took my order. I then pulled up to the window to place my order, but was told to go back to the intercom because no one had taken my order. The staff was very rude and the food seemed to be microwaved. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
The older gentleman was quite straightforward and didn't smile much. I noticed a sign for a 100A rating in the window, so I thought it would be a good place to stop. The food was served lukewarm; the nuggets and fries were not fresh. However, the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and the spicy chicken sandwich were excellent. I had to wait for the food to be freshly made. I wanted some cookies, but the lady at the counter said we had to go back through the drive-thru, even though there was nobody in line behind us. It seemed like the two older gentlemen were the only ones who understood the situation and communicated honestly.
We arrived at the drive-thru for breakfast at 6:45 AM, but no one attended to us. When we tried to go inside, the door was locked. Eventually, we managed to get someone’s attention to inquire about their opening time, but she pretended not to understand English. We decided to go to Hardee's instead and won’t be returning.
