The experience was lovely and the staff were incredible. We had a work event and I hope we come back again. My only complaint was that the tortillas for our buffet were raw and dumped out of the package. They fell apart and all the food fell out. Take the extra few minutes to heat them up, please ??

This evening was a diffe... read more I have been to Top Golf at the Buford location several times. In past visits, we have always enjoyed ourselves with family and friends. This evening was a different story.My two sons and their families took my wife and I to Top Golf for my birthday. There were six adults and four children in our party. We were having a fun time until we were asked to leave our table by the night manager because our golf time had expired.Our food was late, but no one complained because we were enjoying ourselves and it wasn’t a big deal.We said to the manager why can’t we set and finish our meal? There were many tables and golf stations that were not being used, but the manager said we needed to leave because there weren’t servers to work in that area, even though it was only two stations away from where we were sitting. We were told a party was coming in the station where we were eating. We were told we would have to go general area to finish our meal. There were only approximately 8 stations being occupied because of the cooler temperature.This was a VERY disappointing visit to the Top Golf at Buford location and will not come back anytime if ever in the near future. Our bill was $300!!I’ve entered the review on the website per your request and no one has contacted me!

The staff are trained to not help so they can keep your down payment. Need to move it to a different time? -pay again. It is clear this business puts profits over costumer service.
