First and foremost, the manager—a tall African American man—was rude from the start. However, our server, Tyler, was fantastic and apologized for the long wait for our meal. Our appetizers and drinks arrived quickly, but our main dishes took forever. With only 35 minutes left before our time was up, we decided to cancel our order. It seemed the manager was upset with us for choosing not to take our food to go. Meanwhile, he was chatting with other staff and making it clear he didn't appreciate our decision. Topgolf needs to improve its selection process for managers, as the behavior of this one was unacceptable. I have every right to decline service when my food takes too long.
The hiring process here is incredibly inefficient. The interview lasted an excessive three hours, which feels unreasonable for a position that doesn't guarantee employment. If you're considering applying, I recommend looking for opportunities elsewhere to avoid wasting your time.
The service was disappointing. Our waitress was fine at first, but less than a minute after the game ended, she rushed my fiancé and me to leave. We also asked the server for water, and he brought just one for our table of four. This will likely be my last visit to this location.
Enjoyed the outing. Geared to younger crowd and golfers! The teenagers enjoyed even tho no golfing experience. I just watched! The buttermilk chicken sandwich was delicious!
What a fun place. The experience was lovely and the staff were incredible. We had a work event and I hope we come back again. My only complaint was that the tortillas for our buffet were raw and dumped out of the package. They fell apart and all the food fell out. Take the extra few minutes to heat them up, please ??
