The store was to close at 8pm... we were there are 7:37 ... it was sunday March 29th 2020... he was serving one person... and he rudely said we aren't serving...we are ALMOST closed. Okay..that'sunderstandable ....but why do you have to be so rude???? He doesn't deserve to be paid to be such a rude customer serviceemployee...send him home and let him be trained properly before he has to deal with people.

My husband had a coupon for two foot long sandwiches for $12.99 or free footlong with a foot long and a drink. This is the second time they would not honor the coupon!He ended up getting a drink and two foot long sandwiches for $21.00 after first trying to charge him for $28.99! We won't be back to this location!!!

To make matters worse, they forgot the cheese as well. This has been a frustrating experience and feels like a waste of money.

My daughter and I visited last night just before closing and... read more Typically, I don’t have any issues with this location, but my recent experience was disappointing. My daughter and I visited last night just before closing and ordered four footlong sandwiches. I chose a turkey footlong, but when I got home and began eating it, I noticed a strange smell and the meat tasted off. I set the sandwich aside to return it. This morning, when I went back (and by the way, the smell had filled my car), I explained the situation about the bad meat. The woman at the counter suggested that the odor was due to my not finishing it the previous night (shaking my head) and claimed that she receives fresh meat daily. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for the past two years, visiting at least twice a week, and I’ve never complained before. Now, I’ll definitely think twice before returning, especially since I’m concerned about possibly getting sick from that sandwich. On a positive note, she did refund my money.
