The coffee here is fantastic! However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations this time. My Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Cheese Croissant was slightly overcooked and dry, and it felt a bit overpriced. I'm willing to give it another shot next time with a different dish. View all feedback.

Store number CHK2594. Got my order wrong 3 times in a row. The person on the drive thru.She needs to listen more, not talk when taking orders. And the person making the order needs to pay attention.
Bought a dozen donuts ? yesterday around 2 PM. They were already stale. Even worse this morning. Will not ever buy donuts again at any Dunkin Donuts. Not worth $14.97!! Waste of money!
I met a Dunkin Donuts superstar, literally. His name is Kaeden. Oh my goodness!Listen, let me state my reason for this review. You may think coffee is coffee and Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts but that is not true.You can always make someone’s day with an extremely amazing attitude and a heart-warming smile. That’s how I know that Kaeden is a superstar. It was in his greeting. And my experience went up from there.Kudos to the manager!Kaeden is top notch. Went to Dunkin Donuts at this location for the first time today..We will never go back. Our donuts were hard, didn 't get my drink order right, a dirty diaper was in a parking space very near the door. Even the staff was just ok . This place needs alot of work before we would ever go back, if we ever do.. Gave them one star for the staff being ok .
Ordered an iced chai latte which the lady read back to me correctly, but I ended up with what I?m thinking is an iced coffee with chai pumps? Not sure, but it?s definitely not tea. The box of munchkins we ordered only had 2 of the 4 flavors in it.Overall a very weird and poor experience. It seems like the staff needs to be retrained.
