However, I would have rated them f... read more The staff is friendly and today they were wearing full PPE, which is impressive! I would give them three stars just for that. However, I would have rated them five stars if it weren't for the frequent mix-ups with my order. In the last two days alone, they made the same mistake twice, and both times I didn't have enough time to return to the line to get it corrected. I always order a large French vanilla iced coffee with four creams and four sugars, but they consistently put in four flavor shots and regular cream and sugar instead. They even repeat my exact order back to me, but it's neither printed nor made according to what they say, so I’m not quite sure what the issue is.

This has always been my go-t... read more I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff is friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and the place is clean. This has always been my go-to Dunkin' Donuts, and I've always preferred it over other locations. They truly pay attention to your order, and the professionalism of the staff stands out.

The drive-thru line often stretches out onto the street, which is a shame because this used to be the best Dunkin'. I'll be sure to update my review if things improve! On one occasion, I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. Over the course of two weeks, I visited this Dunkin' three times, but during my third visit it was extremely busy, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. While not everyone was affected, the older woman with reddish hair definitely seemed to struggle under the pressure from a few customers. I hope her day improves! As for my coffee, it was missing sugar, but I won't return it right now. Thank you.

She asked what I wanted... read more Absolutely the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered! When I approached the speaker, the woman who answered was incredibly unfriendly. She asked what I wanted three times, interrupting me each time I tried to respond. After requesting three different donuts and being informed that they were all sold out, I asked for a moment to look at the menu for other options. Instead of assistance, I was told to "decide what you want before sundown." While I was trying to inquire about other menu items, she kept asking if I wanted anything else. Of course, I wanted something different – I was simply trying to figure out what was still available! Frustrated, I ended up telling her I would just go with the drink I initially ordered. When I reached the window, the service was just as bad; my card was roughly taken from my hand, the window was slammed shut several times, and the employee rolled her eyes when I requested a napkin for my coffee-covered cup.
