It was a quick visit. I stopped by to grab Wegman's spaghetti sauce and pasta on sale for just $0.99, so I decided to stock up since I live 45 minutes away. I also picked up a large sub, which I absolutely love. Wegman's truly is the best. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!
I really enjoy this place, but I'm disappointed that they removed the sub shop cookies. They were the best cookies I've ever tasted. I hope they bring them back!
Purchased a petite cheesecake made by their bakery, and there was a bug inside it. Called customer service and they did however say if i drove back there they would refund me. No compassion or empathy at all considering it?s their own brand and bakers.Absolutely disgusting
Shopping here comes with a warning. If you're using the scan app and it has issues, you may find yourself wrongly accused of retail theft. They won't give you any leeway. If the app glitches (for example, goes offline) and you have an item you know was scanned but is suddenly missing from your cart, even a small item worth $5 could lead them to try to charge you $500 with a form they will insist you must sign. To top it off, they might say you're welcome to continue shopping in the future, just not with the app. It's hard to understand why they'd want someone back in the store whom they suspect of theft. Oddly, they also declined my request to involve the police. While I can technically return to the store, I have no plans to do so. I just wanted to make others aware of the questionable practices at this Wegmans.
Wegmans is in a fantastic location! The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the staff is always welcoming. Although it can get busy, they manage the crowd efficiently, and the checkout lines move swiftly. The menu offers a great variety to choose from.
