Order is never right at an location. 1 cream please! Did you say 1 shot of coffee and 40oz of cream. Every location does this. NAPKINS? LOL good luck........It's like asking for your money back.

Waited for 10 minutes for the place to open and at 5am the gates were still closed, so we went through the drive thru and nothing. Went back to the front and its 507 and they are still not opened. We couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave and yes there were two people inside!
At Tim Hortons, I noticed an employee didn't change gloves after handling multiple surfaces like the cashier monitor. With so many illnesses going around, including monkeypox and COVID, it's important to follow proper hygiene practices. This is concerning, especially when considering the menu items and overall food safety.
I'm not sure how this location is managed. I stopped coming here because I ordered the same thing five times a week, and they consistently messed up my coffee! When I called to report my complaints, I was hung up on. This team clearly doesn't care!
