With its cozy yet elegant ambiance, professional and friendly service, and changing menu with plenty of gluten-free options, they truly make everyone feel welcome. Ordering fish and seafood in Buffalo can be risky, but the halibut with bourbon peach sauce, zucchini, fennel, and plum did not disappoint. The dish was perfectly cooked to a soft but firm texture, with flavors that melded together beautifully. The quality of ingredients, level of cooking skills, and attention to presentation make this restaurant a must-visit. You won't regret trying it out!

Before I was seated at my table, our server Nick described the menu items in such detail that I wanted to order everything. I ended up choosing a nice white wine (Furst, Elbling) for dinner based on Nick's description of the grapes used to make it. I appreciated that the menu changes weekly to reflect locally sourced food products, with the different locations listed on the menu - something I wish every restaurant would do. My only complaint is that I can't try everything on the menu in one visit before it changes. However, I noticed that they have regular items that are always available. If I could, I would give this restaurant 10 stars. I will definitely be returning.
