I went into the restaurant and requested my online order, but they told me it had already been prepared and placed on the counter. However, someone else came in and took my order instead.

Didn't realize till we got home. Paid $43 dollars because they charged us for a whole extra sub we didn't get and never got our cookies. However, she was not wearing h... read more The service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff were fantastic and the subway clerk had a great personality that I loved. However, she was not wearing her mask properly while making my sandwich. Because of this, I refused to eat the sandwich and went to another store instead. It is important to enforce the mask rule 100% or terminate the employee.
