that was my first time in ordering ph $0, and I was very impressed by the food. I bought the chicken pho and added in rare bark meat, and the quality of the food was phenomenal! genuine white meat hull, lean bark meat, fresh spice. I usually go to the neighbourhood for Vietnamese. I got out last night and my order was a bit messed up. the track mi had only a few slivers of gurke and carrot. missed the jalapeños and crawler. the same with the Vermicelli shell, which is missing most accented. a friendly reminder to check their order before they take it home. My favorite pho spot in Buffalo. They have amazing plant based options, and I love their seafood pho. The food is always delicious.
Really good and flavorful. Been going here for years. Only complaint is that over the past few years, they've been skimping on portions. I always order the #20 (thin rare beef), which used to have a good portion of beef, but now it's more like a few slices. I'm effectively buying broth and rice noodles.
The broth is good however I am learning the service is not so great along with the change of noodles from the normal thin expectation to a huge almost linguini size noodle. in addition. I ordered the summer roll and received the spring roll and the girl did nothing g to correct anything. Unfortunately I will NOT be coming here anymore. pho 99 it is!
Pho Dollar excels in serving excellent food.
