We ordered online for curbside pickup. Got there and no designated curbside spaces. We drove to the order window and were told they couldn’t take care of us. We had to park anywhere and call. Problem is we had called earlier and after it rang about thirty times, it disconnects. Tried parking in front at 3pm not a busy time) and called. Same thing, rang about thirty times so I went in. Every employee was standing around talking. No sense of service. We have been to other Paneras and they are MUCH better in every way. Not the first issue with this location! I’d advise you to visit another branch.
I'm visiting buffalo with family. I am from wisconsin. I've been to many Panera breads but this is the best experience i had. My cashier was super helpful and the food was fresh and delightful. (and the lemonade is amazing).
Food was great! The kiosk said the soup was sold out but there was soup! Other than that
On August 14, 2022, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier, Paige, seemed to be having a rough day and was incredibly rude, which is surprising for an employee. To make matters worse, the Mediterranean sandwich had very few greens, making it mostly just bread. Around 30-40% of the greens were old and soggy, and they forgot to include the avocado I requested as a substitution. I was really let down. This is the second time I've encountered issues on a Sunday afternoon — what's going on? On a positive note, the salad was lovely, and the half sandwich was acceptable.
I used to visit this restaurant frequently for lunch when I worked nearby two years ago. The service was generally decent at the time, but I eventually stopped going due to long wait times, occasionally exceeding 45 minutes, even for simple orders that would often be incorrect. Today, I decided to return for the first time in a while to pick up lunch for myself and my boyfriend. Once I got home, I realized they had forgotten a significant part of my order, provided only a small amount of dressing instead of the extra we requested, and gave me a small smoothie instead of the large one I ordered. Additionally, I bought a large tea for my boyfriend, only to discover that all the cups were the same size (regular). I called to discuss the issue and spoke with a very nice person, but I think the root problem lies in poor management and a lack of efficiency. I don't blame the workers themselves; it's ultimately about how they are trained. It would be advantageous for the company to invest in better training for their managers, which would then benefit the employees.
