Love Panera! The food is always so fresh and yummy. I wish there was one closer to where I lived in Batavia NY!
The food was good. The order that was placed ahead of time was ready within a few minutes of the promised time.
We ordered online for curbside pickup. Got there and no designated curbside spaces. We drove to the order window and were told they couldn’t take care of us. We had to park anywhere and call. Problem is we had called earlier and after it rang about thirty times, it disconnects. Tried parking in front at 3pm not a busy time) and called. Same thing, rang about thirty times so I went in. Every employee was standing around talking. No sense of service. We have been to other Paneras and they are MUCH better in every way. Not the first issue with this location! I’d advise you to visit another branch.
I had a really disappointing experience at the transit location. I stopped by for a quick soup and sandwich but ended up waiting 25 minutes, despite only 2-3 orders ahead of me. There were four employees in the kitchen, but only one was actively working while the others were chatting and wandering around. The hiring and training process definitely needs improvement.
This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited, particularly for DoorDash delivery drivers. The manager is rude and would benefit from being replaced by someone younger with a better grasp of customer service. Having delivered for over 600 restaurants, I can say with confidence that this has been my worst experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
