The night staff in particular are very kind, and I always have a pleasant experience.

We went inside and ended up spending nea... read more The prices on the menu are extremely high. To add to the frustration, there's no drive-thru due to a staffing shortage. We went inside and ended up spending nearly $30 on a bagel, oatmeal, and two smoothies. Unfortunately, the bagel wasn't toasted as we had requested, and we were given just two tiny containers of butter. The entire experience took over 20 minutes.

The ma... read more I haven't received a photo or confirmation of delivery for my last two orders. Recently, I ordered food for my dad, and he didn’t see it when it arrived. The mailman had to ring the doorbell to hand it to him. I'm unsure if the food was left on the chair on the front porch or on the stairs, which might explain why the mailman had to ring the bell. My father is 101 years old and has difficulty moving around, so I really don’t want him to have to go down the stairs. Unfortunately, I cannot verify where the food was left because I didn't receive a photo.
