The service is fast and great. The food is very good. I frequent different Panaras in the area often and this is one of the best. It has a drive thru and in the summer they have tables and chairs outside View all feedback.
What Amber johnson doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Not only are all items extremely overpriced. You now have no drive thru due to staffing shortage. So we go in get a bagel, oatmeal and 2 smoothies for nearly $30.00!! The bagel is not toasted(ordered was to be toasted) 2 small things of butterthrown in. And this all took 20+ minutes. View all feedback.
Panera is a good place to eat, healthy ???? ???? ???? I loved the environment, the service is Amazing.
I went on a Sunday evening and experienced good, and prompt curbside service. I got the chicken sandwich because the grilled cheese was sold out. Then, something else on menu was also sold out. Hmph. The chicken sandwich tasted ok ; however, it wasvery small and unremarkable in taste for the crazy hefty price. $13.00 and something cents. I'd rather go to Arby's or BurgerKing and save the money than pay twice the price for pretty much same tasting sandwich. I don't normally go to Panera but I hada gift card this time so i used it. I found it convenient to order online and then to park in one of designated well markedspots , The order wasbrought out to me in time quoted. My son says there's a drive -thru but it wasn't visible from the Panerabuilding or from the the parking lot in front or on side of the restaurant. Very confusing because there is a drive-thru signwith an arrow on it but then no more signs after I followed it so I couldn't locate where or IF it was for Panera at all oranother business drive-thru. Apparently, you need to drive very far away from Panera and then go around other businesses toaccess that, my son later told me but yes indeed there is one. Wish I knew before but like I said, very unclear if you're notin the know. I have gone inside to eat in the past at another Panera location, the one in Amherst, Target plaza , and yesalthough soup and other foods on menu enticing , still way too expensive and unmemorable in my opinion to pay steep prices forfood so easily made at home.

The past 2 orders I never received a photo or confirmation that the item was delivered. I ordered for my dad the other day and he did not see the food and the mailman had to ring the bell to give it to him. I am not certain if the mailman found them onthe chair on the front porch or on the stairs which is why he had to ring the doorbell. My father is 101 years old he has a hardtime getting around the last thing I need him to do is to go off the porch onto the stairs. Again I don?t know where it was leftbecause I never received a photo.
Was there to see three men sing a serenade to a couple. That was cool.. My only complaints are that the toasted steak and cheese has horseradish, not my favorite condiment. $6 for a small yogurt smoothie is a bit much when for that same value you can get a larger one at Spot Coffee. Love the atmosphere though and a good place to chill.
