So needless to say, my food was icecold and I had to wait again for them to make it again.

I pulled into the drive-thru well before closing time at 8:30 p.m. and was informed that there was no chicken available, and I would need to wait 20 minutes for a fresh batch. Ten minutes later, I was told that they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. This lack of effort is frustrating and unacceptable. It's simply ridiculous.

The food was overcooked and almost inedible, making for a disappointing experience.
