I understand everyone has off days, and finding good staff can be challenging.

I’m writing to express my gratitude to the staff at Five Guys Galleria for their invaluable help on Saturday, 4-16-22. My wife and I operate the Easter photo set next to Five Guys. About two-thirds of the way through the day, we ran out of credit card paper. The manager at Five Guys kindly gave Renee a roll without charging us, saying, "You all work hard and bring people in here." We truly appreciate their support. Thank you for your kindness and assistance.
