This is, by far, the best meal planning service to use. It's affordable, delicious and has the macros calculated on each meal. It takes the guesswork out of cooking/prepping, especially for those who are extremely busy. I would highly recommend theirbraised beef or Thai Curry meatballs. They are to die for!

One of the best food spots in downtown Buffalo. It feels like you walk into your home kitchen. The food is always fresh, healthy, and has amazing flavor. I go with my coworkers are least once a week for lunch.

The lemon tahini sauce is excellent, and the coconut rice is pleasant, but unfortunately, the food often comes out overcooked, leaving it charred and dry. They close at 2 PM, and I usually get there after 1:30 PM, when there’s still plenty of food left. This leads me to wonder if they might be reheating leftovers from the night before for the next day’s service, which could be the reason for the dryness. It’s really disappointing.

I came across this restaurant while strolling by during lunchtime and decided to give it a shot. I ordered a vegan Reese shake and the baked falafel served on coconut jasmine rice, accompanied by lemon tahini and a side of roasted broccoli. The portion was small, but the price was quite fair. I had it for lunch, and it was so filling that it was enough for dinner as well! I'm giving it 4 stars because I would have liked a bit more tahini on the side, as the falafel was a tad dry. Overall, though, it was delicious!
