Exceptional dinner once again! I can only speak to the Sicilian eggplant since it’s the only dish I've tried. I ordered it on my first visit years ago and have chosen it every time since. My husband really enjoys the lasagna. I've never had a disappointing meal at this fantastic family-run restaurant.

I called at 8:05 pm they close at 9 for a take out order. Woman was rude and hung up on me so I will never order from Therese people again. I guess their rudeness shows that they don’t need or want business. With their attitude they need to board up their business and close down

Delicious homecooked food and a very humorous and sweet lady serving us. Don't come if you're in a rush, this place is meant to be savored.

Forget everything you know about Italian food. Our meal was fantastic. The filet mignon was a little over cooked, but besides that the pasta sauce was amazing, the house dressing was super good and the garlic bread and knots were also great. Would drive the hour and a half just for this place. Thank you!

This is a charming and cozy restaurant, boasting one of the largest Italian menus in the area. The food was simply outstanding. Our waiter, Dave, was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The prices and portion sizes are quite reasonable, and I can't wait to go back! You don't need a special occasion to enjoy this place.

We visit this restaurant frequently because the food is fantastic, and I always have to remind myself to try something other than the scallops. Tonight, I had the eggplant Florentino, which was prepared just the way I like it—with plenty of spinach and mushrooms and a light dusting of cheese. The waiter also suggested a Sicilian red sauce for the pasta, which was loaded with vegetables. This place is a hidden gem that not many people know about, featuring genuine staff who serve delicious food at very reasonable prices.

I had never dined in an Italian restaurant before and wasn't particularly fond of Italian cuisine, but this place has completely changed my perspective. I absolutely loved the decor and the warm hospitality, and the fact that all the dishes were homemade really impressed me. Our waiter, Dave, was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Such a cute place with a great atmosphere. I was shocked that it wasn’t busy. Our waiter David was perfect and enthusiastic. The food was amazing, especially for the price. We also love the Christmas decor.

Fantastic food! It's a cozy little spot that truly makes you feel at home. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide array of authentic Italian dishes, including some that are typically hard to find in restaurants. A big shoutout to the owners, the sweetest elderly Italian couple, who personally served and prepared our meals! The peanut butter pie was the best I've ever tasted! I will definitely return whenever we're in the area again. The photo shows their delicious spinach artichoke dip served with pasta chips – so tasty!

The decor of this restaurant gives off a vibe reminiscent of New Year's Eve in Little Italy, with lighting that evokes the feel of "Mean Streets." The hospitality is what Olive Garden commercials aspire to. I was genuinely impressed by the straightforward dining experience at Faso's. I tried the white cheese pizza, which is usually outside my comfort zone, but it was a special. It was extremely crispy, not too heavy, and had a rich garlic and oil flavor. The addition of anchovies took it to the next level! Don't worry if you're hesitant; the anchovies aren't overpowering at all. If you're looking to step back in time and enjoy classic Italian family cuisine, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning for more!

This place is fantastic! If you speak Italian, Charlie will chat with you in the language, which is a real treat. Families, especially those with Sicilian heritage, should bring their children and grandchildren to experience this unique atmosphere before it disappears. For those few who have criticized the decor, they just don’t understand what makes this place special. The food is outstanding, and they will prepare it just the way you like it. Pat is the owner, cook, server—she does it all, with Charlie pitching in as needed. You won’t find anyone more dedicated. If you need a boost of motivation, just spend five minutes talking to her. The people here are wonderful, the food is authentically homemade, and every visit is a fantastic experience!

This is definitely an “old school” Italian restaurant with an extensive menu. The service was good and my meal was ready for pickup and hot when I got there. I was excited for finding an every-day fish fry near me when I had a hankering for a fish fry. The fish fry was good and I was able to have a side of spaghetti instead of macaroni salad. In the future I’d like to try the scallop and chicken dishes, there were dishes served here that I haven’t really seen at other restaurants. The parking lot has lots of spaces and has a small “beer garden” section in the rear for outdoor dining when it’s nice out. The salads are all romaine lettuce, not spinach or other greens.

I read the reviews and was still eager to give it a try. My first impression was that they were open, and as I walked in, the decor was something truly unique that you have to see for yourself. The waitress was like a sweet grandmother, and the bartender had a similar charm. I started to feel an affection for the place immediately. The waitress was the best I’ve ever had. Then the food arrived, and oh my goodness, it was unbelievable! I hadn’t tasted anything like it in a long time. I encourage everyone to set aside their initial impressions and give this place a chance. I visited on a Saturday and found myself wanting to come back the very next day!

I strongly recommend this restaurant! This was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it! The owners are incredibly sweet and kind—a lovely elderly couple. The food is outstanding! I ordered the potato gnocchi, while my husband had a hot chicken finger sub. We will definitely return! It’s such a charming little place!

I loved this small family owned restaurant, the evening I was there no children nor grandchildren helping out, both workers were either octogenarians or very close. They were very sweet and helpful. Felt like my childhood, at a place in Smithtown on Long Island called Angelo's (aka The Hotel) near the train trestle. Checkered table clothes, warm rolls, a bottle of Chianti. Then grandma's lasagna and delicious gnocchi. I will return. They already had Christmas decoration up, it was a lovely/festive evening.

This is a unique place and it happens to be close to my house. Pasta fagioli is delicious. Complimentary garlic knots are tasty. Italian house dressing is outstanding. You gotta try it! Veal marsala was wonderful. Penne parm, not so great but menu is huge so lots to choose from. I didn't like the sauce but that's just me. Wine is a bit over priced for a little neighborhood joint. I've had the pizza before and it's OK. This is Buffalo, so lots of competition, but not bad. Come here for the ambience/experience and friendly owners who are always working.
