I’m really frustrated that every time I go to Dunkin' for coffee, either the lid or the cup smells like a terrible, cheap perfume. I believe it reflects poor hygiene standards among the staff. I won’t be spending another dime there.
Thanks to the two Dunkin' employees who assisted us with our order at the last minute after a long journey just to enjoy their donuts and Munchkins. Keep up the excellent service and a great menu!

The restaurant was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. I got sick after drinking the coffee, and the donuts were stale and hard.
