Like I ordered from DoorDash and they messed up several of my items! The coffee I ordered was suppose to be original blend with oat milk, 3 sugars, and a shot of espresso! They just put black coffee in some ice! No espresso and nosugars! Dunkin’s on Delaware and hertle you guys and gals dropped the ball big time! Never will You get my business again! Ontop of that you didn’t even give a straw for the ice coffee pathetic!

I waited at the drive-thru to place my order and was initially told it would only take a minute. However, the employee kept me waiting while they assisted other customers inside and chatted with coworkers. They never came back to take my order, so I ended up leaving without being served. It was clear that the staff were more focused on their conversations than on attending to customers. I was very disappointed with the service.
