After a $300+ check, w... read more Was celebrating my husband's birthday with 9 close friends. Waitress was un attentive, failed to refilled drinks, check on us about food. After a $300+ check, when I asked if they would sign HB to my husband, I was informed yes, if I pay $12 dollars for that which is the cost of a slice of cake. I agreed, only to have the waitress drop off the cake like she was dropping off extra napkins to the table and no HB song as discussed. Food was excellent, just the service lacked.

The noise level was so loud I couldn't understand her when ordering and ended up getting the wrong thing. The ticket person was great. As usual ! However the entire experience was underwhelming.
