The gut went off on a tangent about... read more Had a wonderful night here with my gf. Front desk left a little to be desired. Didn't explain where to go after given keys. The gut went off on a tangent about the mini bar in the rooms, it was kinda confusing. Expected more out of a 5 star. The room wasbeautiful. The rooftop bar is elegant and serene. We were disappointed the breakfast in the AM didn't have any hot food, again,would expect more from a 5 star. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Beds are pretty firm. Overall, it was a pretty greattime.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to have a night away from home without doubt it felt like I was vacationing out of town. The decor throughout the hotel is very elegant. the rooms are to die for. The jet shower and jettub are amazing!!!! The ambiance was purely beautiful and sexy. Definitely will be returning.

The intestine went on a tangent over the minibar in the rooms, it was kind of confusing. Expects more from a 5 star. The room was beautiful. The roof bar is elegant and quiet. We were disappointed that breakfast in the AM had no hot food, again, would expect more from a 5 star. The restaurant below was also beautiful. The beds are pretty tight. Overall, it was a pretty great time.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful staycation to celebrate our anniversary. It was definitely worth it, especially since the dining credit covered our dinner. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had both a jacuzzi and a shower, which was really nice. We had never stayed at a boutique hotel or one that relied completely on digital services for room requests, and we found it very convenient. The free valet service was a nice added touch. The only suggestion we have is to provide a price list for the mini bar in the rooms. We looked for it but couldn't find one, so we decided not to use it. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was excellent—professio... read more I stayed one night at this highly rated boutique hotel in Buffalo while passing through, and it was very conveniently located. The staff was excellent—professional and friendly—and we were greeted promptly upon arrival. My room was nice and appeared clean at first glance, but the hotel could benefit from some maintenance. The window frames and sills were quite dusty and dirty, and the furnishings, along with the towels and linens, showed signs of wear. The rooftop bar was a great addition, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was included, offering plenty of healthy options for those who prefer them.
