Was TheB Man at Crossroads Culinary Center a mag?
When it comes to college dining, the food here is generally quite good. I've been attending UB for four years now, and my opinion hasn't changed much. It can become repetitive at times, and it can be a bit disappointing when there isn't much variety on certain nights, but overall, it still stands strong. View all feedback.
Good collection for students for just 13$... but the variety of foods are not so great

Buffalo tofu not even edible. I took a bite and spit it right out. GROSS! Tastes old, soggy, not crispy or hot. Luke warm.
I guess its okay, better than most campus foods
Good food with a pretty wide selection for whatever you're feeling. Everyone there is always nice, and they've done a good job with their covid regulations.
