Crabapples - Buffalo
Crabapples
Description
Crabapples, a neighborhood bar in Cheektowaga, offers a vibrant atmosphere with affordable drinks, pool tables, and arcade machines, making it a casual spot for locals. However, recent feedback highlights a concerning pattern of discriminatory practices, particularly against patrons with out-of-state IDs. Many found themselves unwelcome, feeling judged rather than embraced by the host staff. While the bar boasts a commendable beer selection, its treatment of diverse customers raises significant red flags. This has left potential guests questioning whether Crabapples truly values inclusivity or simply caters to a specific crowd.

In our good friend julia burke told me about a dipping in cheektowaga called crabapples. in the same year they won the “Best beer selection in WNY” by buffalo spree. I literally had no idea that this place existed. how many people I have just assumed that blue monk was the clear winner and that most good beakables were found in wny in the city. but julia knows her bier and I took her word for it. funny enough, less than a year later we moved to cheektowaga. one of the first thoughts I had after we moved into our new house was “good, at least I can go to crabapples now”. the outside of crapapples does not shout “Bierparadies”. they will probably happen without a second thought. it is really a real neighborhood dipping in the heart of cheektovegas. inside they have a few pool tables in the back (rounded by library style book regale), several dart boards and a beer pong arcade machine . seriously, they have a beer pong arcade machine .
Divisible and restaurant ̧ the patrons are mixed and depend only on who appears in this night. it is a small key casual dress code place that has a lot of space, darts, pool and cheap drinks. the con-list is that it will drive far for most and small parking space.
Cool Spot cheap drinks several dart boards and pool tables great hours wish that the kitchen was open
This is my favorite spot whenever I'm in Buffalo. I know it might not be for everyone, but I've consistently enjoyed fantastic beers and had a wonderful time during each of my visits.
