We ordered the Spicy Thai Chicken bowl, which has always been our favorite takeout option. However, this time, the bowl was only half full, and there were hardly any greens. The cashew dressing was watery instead of the creamy consistency we loved, and the hot sauce was poured directly onto the salad rather than being served in a separate container, making it too spicy for me. Additionally, some ingredients that used to be included for free are no longer complimentary. I understand that costs are rising, but considering the price of the salad and the reduced quantity of food, it was quite disappointing. On a positive note, customer service reached out to me, and I appreciate that Corelife Eatery values their customers. Thank you!

The greens had quite a bit of grit in them, which made the meal unappetizing. I ended up leaving most of it uneaten.

The... read more I’m currently at CoreLife Eatery in Consumer Plaza, West Amherst, NY, enjoying my Korean Barbecue, but I’ve had one of the worst ordering experiences here. The person making my salad spoke so quietly that I had to ask her to repeat herself three times because the music was too loud. At checkout, the cashier told me my total without asking if I wanted a drink, and the card reader was hanging by its wire, so I had to hold it with one hand while inserting my card with the other. After paying, I wanted to buy a gift card with a different card, so I had to repeat the whole process again. Once done, the cashier and salad maker started chatting, and when one said I was all set, I asked for my salad, which was out of reach. The preparer closed the lid and slid it toward me. As I walked away with my salad and gift card, one of the women noticed I had left my drink cup and called me back. It was clear they were more focused on chatting than on assisting customers. As a business owner myself, I believe these employees need better training and supervision.

This location is spacious, consistently clean, and conveniently surrounded by many other stores and restaurants. If you’re the health-conscious one in the group, everyone else can enjoy their meals while you enjoy your nutritious options from the varied menu. Plus, it’s situated right next to a patio area where everyone can join you. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this CoreLife Eatery!

On the downs... read more Corelife Eatery serves excellent food made with fresh ingredients and offers a wonderful variety. Impressively, they make kale genuinely enjoyable! On the downside, the service tends to be slow. Whenever I visit, the line moves very slowly. Even with only a few customers ahead, the wait feels long as the staff carefully takes their time with each order.
