However, I don’t want that to discourage you—everyone at the bar was... read more As soon as I walked in, I felt like an outsider; most of the patrons seemed to be regulars. However, I don’t want that to discourage you—everyone at the bar was very friendly. Unfortunately, the bartender didn’t greet me warmly. When I mentioned I was there for a pick-up, she told me my order wasn’t ready yet and didn’t ask if I wanted a drink while I waited. It struck me as odd since she could have made extra sales by offering me something to drink. Moving on to the fish fry itself, it was absolutely fantastic! Even after some travel time, the fish remained crispy and delicious, and all the sides were wonderful as well. My only complaint is that the portion sizes for the sides were small; it seemed like they used an ice cream scooper to serve them. So next time, I'll definitely order extra sides because we really enjoyed them. So, will I go back? Absolutely! This place has definitely made it into my top 10 fish fry spots.
